Sunday 2022 - 40 month aged Barleywine, aged in ex-maple bourbon barrels. It is not maple forward, but there is a touch of syrup and loads of barrel and caramel.
Monday 2022 - 2 year aged stout with macadamia, coffee, and toasted coconut AKA Cocodamia. Contains floaties.
Tuesday 2022 - 2 year aged stout in Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Chocolate Rye barrels. Lots of oak, some dry chocolate rye spice.
Wednesday 2022 - 2 year aged Simple Stout base, not Rare Dos, with hazelnuts and Mexican vanilla beans.
Thursday 2022 - 3 year aged stout with maple, toasted and untoasted coconut, and Panther coffee (doubled the amount of coffee we typically have use). Contains floaties.
Friday 2022 - 2 year aged stout in Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Chocolate Rye barrels with toasted and untoasted coconut and sliced almonds. Contains floaties.
Saturday 2022 - blend of Eagle Rare, Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Birthday Bourbon 2020 and Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Chocolate Rye. No adjuncts needed.
